We were in town for a foodie adventure, however our hotel did not accept pets. I travel with two Corgis, both show dogs, of whom I am very protective. So the daring duo got to spend a night at the Riverbank "spa." This was the first time in their two years they had been boarded. What a great experience. The dogs came out clean, happy and enthusiastic. I would recommend the Riverbank to everyone!

BEST OF THE BEST!  Highly recommend and one of the few veterinarians around who crops ears.....  several vets available to cover all maladies.  We've been going to them for many years before they moved to their larger facility.  Their boarding area is like sending your pet on a vacation.

We got our new Amstaff puppy and wanted to get his ears cropped . Riverbank was recommended to us by our veterinarian but we were told it was about an hour & a half drive away.Since the beginning the girls there were so kind and courteous. The very 1st day I was sent quotes on the high and low end & a list of what all our options were...Since taking him home I must have called 10 times wondering if what was happening was normal. Even though we had other pitbulls it had been years since we had done ear cropping, so I needed to know I was doing the right thing for our boy. They were so patient & helpful. Never once were they impatient, irritated or rude. On Saturdays there is only limited staff. Tricia answered all my endless questions while still dealing with many other patients and was thorough and sweet, never once making me feel incompetent for not knowing the answers already. I would take any of my animals here. For starters it's a very new and clean looking facility. They always have fresh coffee available, with a huge waiting room that's stays nice & cool & a flat screen tv to boot. Also I didnt have to wait for a vet to answer my question, the girls at the front desk were quite knowledgeable. The 1st day I had 3 of my little ones with me and didn't want to drive all the way back home just to turn around and come back. One of the girls, gave me the name of a great restaurant  to dine at,fun parks for the kiddos to run and play and a few other things things to do to kill time.Definitely not part of their job description but they did it anyway.....so thank you Riverbank, this is only my 2nd Yelp ever!

My dog was having some issues so we looked into a place close to home. I checked out the reviews and found Riverbank very favorable. When we got there we were welcomed immediately even for a Saturday walk in. The receptionist was happy and upbeat. She never got flustered and seemed to care about everyone that walked in the door. The waiting area is clean and pleasant.  They were busy and we did have to wait a while but I expected that with a walk in. When we got to the room they kept us informed and even offered us coffee. So kind and patient with my hurt furbaby. They really worked efficiently considering they ended up being short staffed. I am definitely taking my babies back here. Thank you all for being so wonderful!

Friendly staff. I board my dogs here because in case something happens they can be checked by the vet. They have the best groomer in town, too.
