Meet Dr. V. Salais-Lee

Dr. Violeta Salais-Lee is originally from El Paso, Texas and earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine. She has experience in both mixed animal private practice and academic veterinary medicine. Before moving to North Carolina, she worked as a laboratory animal veterinarian supporting research and animal welfare.
Her professional interests include preventive medicine, animal welfare, and client education. Outside of work, Dr. Violeta Salais-Lee enjoys the outdoors, golf, baking, and family time with her husband, daughter, and their Labrador Retriever, Gus.
